A poor and military inferior country cannot defeat a rich and military
superior country in an all-out war! But can always defeat the leaders of
the richer and military superior county by assassinating them and their
families if they try to attack them. The fear that you and your family
cannot escape assassination regardless of how protected you are, gives
poor and military inferior countries an advantage over richer and
military superior ones. So the leaders of France, UK, USA, and every
other country exploiting and oppressing Africa, would never be doing it,
if they knew them and their families would be hunted down and
assassinated afterwards. That's why "Black Knights Assassin Group" was
